The Inhibitory Control Test is a neuropsychometric test.
For healthcare professional use only.
It is used to estimate attention, reaction time and response inhibition.
The subject is presented with a random sequence of stimuli and is required to
respond only when appropriate.
The subject is presented with various X and Y pairs which appear on screen.
If the pattern is of a matching pair, ie X X, the subject is required not to respond.
If the pattern is of a mixed pair, ie, X Y, or Y X, the subject is required to respond.
The test begins when the subject presses the START button and ends automatically at
the end of the last sequence.
